What happens when we add another technician?

Each active team member adds $10 per month. Pending invitations do not count until the team member activates their account.

What counts as an active team member?

An active team member is an enabled user with access to your company workspace. Pending invitations do not count. When a member is activated or removed, the updated amount applies at the next monthly renewal without a mid-cycle proration or credit.

Are physical QR service tags included?

Yes. The complimentary starter kit includes 25 physical QR service tags. When your paid subscription starts, the remaining 75 starter tags are included, bringing the starter allocation to 100. Each additional pack of 100 costs $50.

Are there equipment or usage limits?

No. The plan includes unlimited tagged equipment, scans, service requests, and standard reminder emails. There is no active-equipment limit or per-asset, per-scan, or per-request software fee.

What happens after the free period?

Tech Was Here does not charge you automatically. To continue with a paid subscription, you choose the $10-per-active-team-member monthly plan. There is no permanent free tier or annual pricing option.

Can we order tags or create QR links ourselves?

Additional packs of 100 physical tags cost $50 and can be purchased directly through Tech Was Here. Service-company users cannot mint their own public scan links. Contact us to coordinate fulfillment and prepare your team.

What does the monthly subscription include?
